    Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and accommodating to standard. Food was made fresh and very delicious. I had a chicken bacon southwest sandwich and it was proportioned just right. Added a bit of guac and that topped it off. Yummmm.

    I order from this place for lunch at work. Their delivery is shoddy, and they forget things for orders. They were 30 minutes late today on delivery, chips were forgotten, and when I called up to ask for the status of the order, I was on hold, got someone, put on hold again, and no one came back to take my call. Thanks a lot.

    So I ordered just turkey bacon club and small drink and it came out to $22 and change. What??? So this cashier was clueless but quickly willing to charge this much. Than another guy came over and said no that's for another order. No apologies just $11.81 now. The place is practically empty but taking more than 15 mins to get my little sandwich. Also ice machine is empty for one dispenser and the other spews soda all over your hand. "Sun Beach" I just want a sandwich at 2:30pm for a hard physical working dude. My beeper never went off. The other hard working sandwich lady is asking me what is my order? Noooooo! I calmly said turkey bacon ma'am. She immediately made it before the bedroom slipper wearing customer with website order. Sandwich was ok, nothing to brag about...

    $28+ for 2 medium sandwich meals!!! Was excited to finally see a new decent looking veggie option;since the reg veggie sandwiches is a few tomato slices on soggy lettuce drenched in mayo!! Only to verify the have NO CLUE how to do a veggie sandwich!!! I think the whole medium sandwich had about a 1/4 of a small avocado all mushed to the middle of the sandwich! So basically $14 for a 'meal' of bread! It's 2019 Schlotzsky's....we want actually veggie options that are filling!!!

    We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Jerry. He was so kind and cheerful and full of nice compliments. He was very helpful and accommodating. This isn't the first reaction with him. Every time I have come in he has been very pleasant. It's so nice to come across people like this. It is becoming more rare these days.
